Shipping policy

Singapore

We’d love to meet you for an unboxing in Tanglin or Novena once your jewellery is ready. We encourage you to meet us in person to inspect and pick up your jewellery. We do not recommend using local courier services for delivery in Singapore due to the high value of the products.

International

We offer insured FedEx shipping to most countries. Customs charges might apply based on your country's laws, and you'll be responsible for covering them. Unfortunately, we can't pay or bill you for these charges. 

Shipping Delivery Estimates

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on information from our shipping provider. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. We cannot account for delays caused by the shipping provider, or customs processes in Singapore or the destination country.

Delivery Confirmation

A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your item. Once our shipping provider confirms delivery, the item is considered delivered. 

Responsibility After Delivery

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the item’s delivery has been confirmed by our shipping provider. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of the delivered items at your specified delivery address.

International Shipment Insurance

All international shipments are insured for loss or damage during transit. This insurance coverage ensures that you are protected in the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged before delivery is confirmed.
