A sparkling electric blue bouquet that seems to have its own inner glow. The center stone is an exceptional blue Tourmaline that’s so neon it could be mistaken for a Paraiba. The blue fireballs on the side are fine Brazilian Paraiba. 

This is our signature classic floral Bloom Ring with modern fancy cut Diamonds.
